Abalone Hotel & Villas is positioned just 200 metres from the sea with direct beach access and panoramic views from the restaurant. It offers 4- star eco-friendly accommodation with air-conditioning and independently generated solar energy.

The hotel recently changed ownership and has been extensively renovated. It now has a beautiful restaurant with sea views, 2 heated swimming pools, a sauna and a Wellness suite with hydro beds offering a variety of spa treatments. The restaurant serves authentic West Coast cuisine and sushi using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

All 18 rooms are furnished in natural tones with separate seating area and en-suite bathrooms. Each room type has free WiFi, Nespresso Coffee machine and Netflix. The 2 spacious hotel apartments are attached to the hotel and have self catering kitchens and outdoor braai/BBQ.

A five minute stroll from the hotel, right on Gaatjies beach are the Abalone pool villas with fully equipped kitchens, solar energy, fire place, outdoor braai/BBQ facilities, 2 bedrooms and private pool. Please note check-in will be at the hotel reception as the pool villas are situated on Gaatjies beach a mere 500m up the road from the main hotel.

Local activities in Paternoster include beach walks, swimming, kite surfing, e-biking and horse riding. All can be arranged by the 24 hour hotel reception on duty. Cape Town international airport is 160 km away.
